We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented In-Process Manager to lead our CNC manufacturing team to overseeing the operational aspects of our CNC processes; ensuring the seamless production of top-quality components and leading a team towards operational excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in CNC manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Solid understanding of CNC machining, programming, operation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
